A Water Company Built for the Triangle's Split Water

Technician testing tap water in a Raleigh, NC kitchen

Most water treatment companies serve "the Triangle," which in practice means selling the same system to a downtown Raleigh condo on city water and a farmhouse on a private well thirty miles away. Those two homes have almost nothing in common at the tap. We made the opposite bet: get very good at the specific water problems this region actually has, on both sides of the meter.

That focus is practical, not sentimental. The Triangle's water splits cleanly in two. Homes on city water get chloramine-treated supply from Falls Lake, the Neuse River, or Jordan Lake, which means a chlorine-like taste and, in the wider Cape Fear basin, real concern about PFAS and 1,4-dioxane. Homes on private wells, common across the rural edges of Wake, Chatham, Franklin, and Johnston counties, deal with iron staining, rotten-egg sulfur, hard water scale, and acidic water that eats copper pipe. A company that treats both the same way gets it wrong for half its customers. We do not.

How We Work

  • We test before we sell. Every recommendation starts with a free in-home water test, not a scripted demo designed to scare you into the biggest system.
  • Exact prices before work starts. Written, all-inclusive, no countdown-clock "today only" pressure.
  • The right system, correctly sized. Equipment matched to your actual water chemistry and household, plumbed to code so it performs for years.
  • Honest assessments. If your water only needs one stage, we say so. If a problem needs certified lab testing beyond our in-home kit, we tell you that too. We would rather lose an upsell than a neighbor's trust.

Where We Work

Home base is Raleigh, from North Hills and Five Points to Brier Creek and Wakefield. We also serve Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Morrisville, Knightdale, Durham, Clayton, and Pittsboro, on both city and well water. If you can see the Triangle from your street, you are likely in the service area.

Our Promise

Simple: we test your water, tell you the truth about what it needs, charge the number we quoted, and install the system like it is going in our own home. If something is not right, we make it right.
